Palm Rolling
Palm Rolling dates back to ancient Khamet. From archaeological evidence, several of the surviving fragments shows (the wife of Nebhepetra Menuthotep, from the eleventh dynasty) Queen Nefres' hair being dressed by the hairdressers Henut and Inu. Palm rolling is done by placing a section of hair or a loc in the palm of the hands and rolling the hair back and forth, while applying some tension. I only recommend palmrolling for locs that are excessively frizzy. I prefer to allow hair to reach its maximum fullness, using a minimum amount of palmrolling.
