Tourmaline forms hexagon crystals that are either transparent, translucent or opaque. It comes in all colors, often bicolored, such as watermelon tourmaline (pinkish red inside, green outside). Some are pleochroic, changing color. Legendarily, tourmaline got its colors traveling on a rainbow, so it does weather magick also. It relates to air (LIbra). It strengthens our body and our spirit. For healing, it supports the nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems. Tourmaline talismans aid creativity among writers and artisans. A chakra pendant supports your energy system, especially one with all tourmalines.
Before wearing over your heart chakra, attune with this charm: Black for the Earth Below, Red for the root. Orange for the sacral, Yellowf for the solar plexus. Green for the heart, Blue for the throat. Indigo for the third eye, Violet for the crown. Clear for the Heavens above--Support me with your love. We can positively and successfully traverse the road ahead by embracing our responsibilities to the fortification of our own economic structures; many in our midst, with great potential are struggling in plain sight each and every day. The multitude of fingers that we all have must come together to create a F.I.S.T (First Integrate Sustainability & Teamwork). F.I.S.T is a non-violent collective consciousness structured by me, Yendys Nefer-Atum (Humanitarian) to represent selflessness, honor, strength, ingenuity, protection, love, guidance, resourcefulness and creativity. Individually, we all possess a healthy dosage of ego. Although, ego left unchecked to run a muck can be a useless and potentially destructive tool. But, with the positive influence, guidance and structure of F.I.S.T that same ego can and will be used to help create change, maintain sustainability and better our current circumstances. Let us reach inside and awaken the humanitarian inside each one of us. We all have an innate concern, a divine gift and a universal charge to help in anyway to improve our own well-beings, the lives of our families and our own communities. We are a global community in need of each others love and concern!!! Here's a thought: Do not create any more black owned businesses (wait,,,not just yet). Collectively, we will institute and organize a better way to build our future businesses. We currently have enough solo, struggling entrepreneurs who have been toiling night and day, by themselves for years and years to maintain their sole proprietorships (myself included). Let us start here; take a very close look at how you can offer your ideas, services and or any expertise to make that business even stronger and more marketable. Start to dialogue with these business owners/entrepreneurs, find out what their main needs are for betterment and forward mobility, finances, marketing, resources, product production, etc. Also please ponder this: Supporting black businesses does not solely translate into buying black, buying a product(s) or utilizing service(s) consistently...No, it does not. That is an important aspect of it. Although, we all have a higher collective responsibility to be concerned enough to inquire about what can be done to assist in the maintenance and longevity of said particular product(s) and or service(s), if you truly enjoy that product or service. What happens when that solo entity/business can no longer maintain itself i.e. pay their rent, mortgage, pay bills, feed their children, keep their communication devices on, pay utilities, buy raw materials to keep making that product and or service available to you? You get the picture... We as a F.I.S.T community and a collective consciousness can help to grow, empower and incorporate these 'little engines that could' to become once again our 'Black Wall Street!' For years, we have watched other cultures come to this prosperous land with their families, friends and neighbors. They decree to live together, eat together, pray together, fight together and work together; ultimately building, maintaining and some even governing their own communities. As a whole, they create structure, they nurture and erect one business at a time until it was thriving and efficient with all that it required to be operable. Then, it was on to creating, assisting and growing the next member in line and the next business to the same or even better dynamic (since the blueprint was now laid down). These folks continue to build their communities with their F.I.S.T and manage to keep the currency (monies) flowing within their communities...The Jewish dollar$ bounces 18xs, the Arab and Asian dollar$ bounces 13xs and the black dollar$...well, we spend mostly all of our dollar$ with these and other communities, outside of our own. (watch Hidden Colors: documentary) Imagine this...What the strength of one could do, magnified by 200 other ones!!! When motivation comes from a positive place, lasting change can grow. I have learned this and it has been my personal experience that the damage done and left by post-traumatic slavery syndrome is real and it continues to be a hindrance amongst our people. It is firmly embedded in our DNA. It surfaces as fear based action in our daily lives, thoughts, responses and behaviours. It seems to dictate fear based thoughts about each other; we harbour inner-conscious fear of seeing the other 'appear' to succeed. So, some will not even lend a hand of selfless service to the other for fear that the one whom they helped to succeed will leave them behind and not look back to help them up(read or listen to Dr. Joy Leary: Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome). Collectively, we must disprove that ideology with F.I.S.T. Let us decree now, today; to break that proven destructive chain of negative, fear-based, mental approach to our forward mobility as a community of F.I.S.T. Now go,,, two hundred people sit down with 200 individual local businesses (it starts at home folks...). Begin to take a selfless motivated position in that black owned, struggling, sole proprietorship, mom n pop business. Ask them what is needed, offer your time and expertise, social media skills, marketing strategies, invest your $200 in it, create a barter system (if need be). Being of service to another is a very profound gesture. It starts from a place of ultimate and divine love (which we all are...) and it creates positive karma. With an ongoing, outpouring stream of support first toward at least 200 of our local small businesses, I truly believe that we can and will be planting the 'seed monies' to initiate a process towards the creation of a successful revival of our own economic base/structure. We NEED to have an economic structure in place before any major change can occur...that's were F.I.S.T comes in. We must, First Integrate Sustainability & Teamwork. It is a fact that forming a dependable, secure foundation and a timely plan of forward action will take some time...time is our most valuable resource at this moment, if used wisely, we will surely benefit from its use. Once a structure is in place, the only place to go is...FORWARD! IT IS UNIVERSALLY KNOWN ACROSS THIS GREAT PLANET OF OURS, THAT WE ARE GREATNESS, OUT OF GREATNESS...!!! WHEN WE HAVE ACCUMULATED THE 'SEED MONIES' I.E. THE PURCHASING POWER. ONLY THEN, WILL WE COLLECTIVELY BE EQUIPPED TO BE THE CHANGE THAT WE HAVE BE WAITING FOR!!! RISE UP MY PEOPLE AND COMMIT TO BEING OF SERVICE, IT STARTS WITH OUR OWN HUMANITY... Let us continue this conversation... Confirmation!!! One of these just fly right into my window as I was doing the spell check for this insight...In our ancient Khametic legacy, this type of beetle was called Khepera (scarab) which represented the process of TRANSFORMATION. ASHE' I give thanks to my ancestors for this inspiration. Life, Health & Strength Yendys Nefer-Atum |
