Herbal Butter recipe
1 cup unsalted organic butter (or healthy butter alternative)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
In a bowl, mash the butter into a cream. Mix in the fresh garlic, parsley, oregano and thyme. Refrigerate for several hours before using.
